CSI: This is not my pepper spray by Hee Yit Foong

Yo.. I am going to keep this as short as possible. I took my rest time after the long period of study to write this (I got study la.). This is because whenever I think of her words, it makes me laugh and make everyone so stupid to believe her words. Thus, I would like the share the labeled words from her. If last time, we have ‘Correct, correct, correct…’ this time we have ‘ this is not my pepper spray’. As the title, let’s have a look to the crime scene. Thanks for the videographer or else, we will continue to be blinded by the ‘frontline’ newspaper saying that DAP is liar.
Alright, let’s see what the defendant responded as below. Full articles here. ‘’I thought it was a key ring but when I realised what it was, I was scared.’’ “I was shocked because this was not something that everyone could bring in (past the tight security). Only when the assembly was over did I dare leave the hall,” Accordingly, she insisted that someone else had thrown the pepper spray and a hardcover edition of the standing orders at her during the fracas at last 7 May assembly. Asked on the video footage that supposedly showed Hee holding the device in the direction of Aulong assemblyman Yew Tian Hoe, Hee said that Yew had repeatedly harassed her. She explained that when Yew approached her for about the fifth time, she held out the device and demanded to know if he had thrown it. She added that she would lodge a police report over the incident. TO ALL DETECTIVES, TIME TO SOLVE THE CASE. ANSWER THE 10 QUESTIONS. First: From the video clip, using your 2 eyes or 4 eyes, does she looks to take out the pepper spray and pointed to the assemblyman just to ask whether it is belongs to him. Logic sense: Can you tell me which man or guy friends of yours have a pepper spray with them? At the time of fracas, when you are being approached by a person who keeps on scolding you, do you have the mood to ask him this stupid question? Do you think she is pointing out and asked a question or she taking it out and sprayed at the poor man? Judge by your own. Do you think she is married and have children? Huh..why? 'She is teaching her own children how to point out a paper spray to the eye of a person and ask a stupid question WITHOUT moving her lips. Perhaps, she is using mind language.' Second: ‘’Someone had thrown a pepper spray and a hardcover standing order.’’ Logic sense: It may be true that someone had thrown her the SO. She was even being thrown with RM 50 notes. However, on the pepper spray, if somebody thrown the pepper spray to you, what will you do? Seem it is not belongs to you, an usual reaction is first to ‘maki’ the unknown person who had thrown it and next, you are going to dump it away. From the video footage, it is clearly seen that the pepper spray was taken from her pocket. Yea, it is not belongs to you but you still keep it. Third: ‘’I thought it was a key ring but when I realised what it was, I was scared.’’ Logic sense: To my female readers, do you ever feel scared if another female friends of yours show her pepper spray to you? What to be scared of when you discovered it is a pepper spray? I found it so illogical. Unless, it is a snake or bomb, then even me will scare of it. What a lame excuse! Forth: “I was shocked because this was not something that everyone could bring in. Only when the assembly was over did I dare leave the hall,” Logic sense: Hey, pepper spray is for own protection. It is a device that female keeps tightly with them. It is not a gun and thus what do you mean by it was not something that everyone can bring in? Hey…come on..common sense..it is not a GUN! It is just less than 10 cm lipstick alike but bigger diameter. Fifth: Yew had repeatedly harassed me. Logic sense: To all my female readers, how do you define harass? As in the 507 Assembly, everyone is harassing each other by shouting and pointing finger everywhere. To say harass, almost all in the hall do the same. The rightful Speaker even being harassed by taking him out from the Speaker’s seat by FORCE. That is a physical harassment. So, what type of harassment you are talking about? Don’t tell me it is a sexual harassment or else I found it will be a total harassment to me to believe such claim. Sixth: I do not know how to operate the pepper spray. Article here. Logic sense: From your observation, does she look to be like that? I found she looks so pro and so ‘yeng’ handling the device. Seventh: Who are speaking the truth? The assemblyman had made a police report on this incident. Ngar Kor Ming, DAP secretary urged the Attorney-General to charge Perak Deputy Speaker Hee Yit Foong with assault under Section 323 of the Penal Code for allegedly spraying Auyong assemblyman Yew Tian Hoe with pepper spray. Article here. Eighth: What is the key issue now? Logic sense: Hey..the issue now is NOT who owned the pepper spray BUT it is about whether SHE did spray or not? Look at the scenario below. ‘ A robber use a machete (parang) to threaten a woman to surrender her belongings. When detained by police, the robber said the parang was not belong to him and he took from the compound outside of the woman’s house. He claimed that he merely pointed out the parang and asked her whether it is belonged to her only’. Similarly, in this case, if we accept the explaination by her, it also means that the robber can also escapes from criminal intimidation. Ninth: If she did sprayed, so what? Logic sense: She is a clear liar. Claim that she was jumping ship to serve her constituency is also a lie. DAP has given her a high post but she treated back with such a good way. She can no longer be trusted. Should the fresh election is successfully granted by The King, I really want to see whether BN will let her contest in Jelapang under independent seat and placed no BN candidate to contest. She might have a reason to say ‘ Oh, BN had lied me. Now, I want to go back to DAP to serve my constituency better’. Tenth: So, do you think she will be charged? Logic sense: NEVER! She is very important person now. BN Perak needs her very much. Besides, she can proudly claimed that she has the power to overtake the responsibility of the Speaker. What a stupid claim! In the presence of the speaker just beside you, on what jurisdiction that you have to take his job? Let’s take the below scenario. ‘ Mr A is the headmaster of School ABC. Most of the teachers hate him so much. During the meeting, Mr A want to implement a new rule that is no teachers is allowed to sleep in the staffroom. Ms. B, the Assistant switch off his microphone during the meeting and declared herself is the rightful to chair the meeting. She then overturned his ruling and said the headmaster has no longer fit to his job because majority said so.’ So, similarly, do you think Hee Yit Foong has to power to act above her superior? Definitely NOT but it is not impossible when comes to BN. Hurray! CONCLUSION: So, what is the score for above 10 questions? Let time tells us what will happen to her. She might escaped ‘unhurt’ or the assemblymen being called the newsmaker by the ‘frontline newspaper’. You have you say and judge by your own. The summarised event that happened during the Great 507 Perak Fracas can be seen below. It is simple, short and inspiring.
