Here comes the very first day of the PHC. We were supposed to reach earlier for rehearsal but the bus driver sent us to a wrong place, The Summit.. The bus driver do not really know the exact route to Sunway Pyramid. Luckily, Ben Siang knew the way. We stopped at the bus station OPPOSITE to Sunway Pyramid and used the pedestrian bridge to go to the mall. 
Upon arrival, every one started to get ready with their own department stuffs

R- The first station was to measure the waist to hip ratio and the height.
The screening department and the ushers were well prepared.
L-The second station was to check the body mass index, total body fat and visceral fat level.
R- The 3rd station was the blood pressure measurement.

R- The 4th station was the counselling section by the counsellor from the Pharmacy and Medical lecturers.. Dtas Dr Yeong~
The publicity department making ballons with shapes like dog, sword and etc to attract public to register their kids for colouring contest in the third day of the event.
At about 2.30pm, the Nestle people came and set up the free sampling of Omega Plus drinks
At anout 2.50 pm , Christine and Kat were doing the Breast Self Examination on stage.
L-The number of people registered was increasing after the lunch hour.

Crowd of people..Cant even find a rest time..Due to that, I had been asked to help the screening department.
L-Xiao You & See Bee came to uspport us.
R- Counselling CB to eat more. She is in the normal range while XY was underweight. Hope XY still rmb the 4 vital steps to increase her weight specially formulated by me to her..hahaha
L-looking into disbelief that she is normal range.. she still think she is fat

It was 9.15 pm.. There was still a lot of people.. For those involved in screening, we really worked & talked non stop towards the end of the day. Its the same for the exhibition department as well. Those involved in ushering and at the first station need to stand & shout the whole day. We left the Sunway Pyramid at about 11 pm. It was a tiring day.
